Mr Ngidi is a seasoned businessman with more than 25 years of experience within the transport, logistics and mining industry.

He founded Sesfikele Holdings in the early 2000’s as a transport and logistics company that provided services to some of the large and reputable mining companies in South Africa, which is where his passion for the mining industry developed also and saw him travel the ends of the continent in search of mining opportunities, currently holding interests in gold in Congo and some parts of the continent.

Ms. Iyer’s portfolio expands to the Technology, Oil and Gas, and Aviation Sector. A corporate entrepreneur who entrenched herself within the African Continent over the last 8 years. A multi-faceted woman in business with a number of Business and Strategic initiatives. Much of her focus has been expanding Business Digitalization conversations across all areas of business, multiple territories, and industries.

Ms. Iyer has held several roles, including Chief Sales Operations Officer for Metrofile VYSION. VYSION is the digital arm of the Group and has been instrumental in building capacity and executing strategic initiatives, expanding market share into Africa. This has earned her the experience and depth of understanding to successfully navigate her relevance to many business opportunities.

Ms. Iyer has also served as VP of Strategy to the Rosehill Group. Within this role, her key focus is centered around building strategic frameworks to serve The Group’s appointment as Technical Partner to the National Council on Climate Change (“NCCC”), chaired by His Excellency the President, in connection with the implementation of the overriding policy, objectives, agenda, and execution of Nigeria Climate Change Programme.

In addition, she is a key member of the official Nigerian Bid Team for the African Energy Bank Headquarters. The African Energy Bank, a partnership between Afreximbank and the African Petroleum Producers Organization, is a strategic initiative on the continent that is focusing on oil and gas project investments with a proposed $5 billion approved Capital Base. Her portfolio with Rosehill Group continues to expand into Angola and other initiatives.

A qualified lawyer with over 25 years experience in the legal profession. He is considered an expert in commercial and property law. Graduated with a B.A (Law) and LLB degrees and armed as a conveyancer, he brings a wealth of experience to the company.

He has represented national companies 11 like Thebe Investments, Tepco Petroleum Oil Company, African Mediums, Freight Logistics over the years. He has been a litigator in the High Courts throughout the Republic of South Africa. He has served on several boards in the logistics, media and construction industries. 

His sharp legal and business acumen ensures that the company is legally compliant in all facets of its trading and operations, making it a reputable and trustworthy entity to be reckoned with.

Ms Malaika Williams is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws Degree(LLB) at the University of South Africa (UNISA).

Achievement Cert: Business Development Management; particularly: Contract Negotiation, Sales Management & Strategic planning.

Zana is an expert in relationship building, process improvement, and sales process optimization. 

She received her BA Degree in Business and Economics from Ursinus College in 2012 and completed advanced coursework in programming from Columbia University. 

Zana has served for 13 years as a sales and marketing leader, supporting companies across the US with hiring and growth needs.

Advocate Celokuhle Everseen Myeni is an advocate of the High Court who holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.

He has extensive experience in commercial law, specializing in the energy sector (Oil and Gas).

He is a human rights and political activist.
